State-of-the-art and wellness center rises at MOA
Banking on the success of their initial entrepreneurial venture, GoldQuest saw the growth potentials of the real estate sector, which makes perfect sense as Akari has been supplying the electrical and lighting needs to numerous projects both commercial and residential for many years now.
To set their company apart from other established developers, GoldQuest decided to embarks on a project that will satisfy the needs of a populace that has become more health concious and wellness oriented.
Thus The Biopolis, now rising along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue at the Mall of Asia Comple, was conceived.
"After careful planning and study, we realized that an advanced building that caters specifically to health and wellness locators is one market that is yet untapped," shared Sharina Tiu, GoldQuest Business Development Manager.
"Furthermore, we wanted a project that is cutting-edge and innovative, much like our company, and The Biopolis is a reflection of that."
The 11-storey project, which was topped-off recently, is a uniquely planned, comprehensive, and state-of-the-art mixed-used development that will be a haven for health and wellness.
With a total construction floor area of 32,019.52 sqm, the building's proposed amenities include state-of-the-art health services and wellness facilities, as well as a garden and jogging path. Dining, retail and commercial spaces will also complement the structure.
Comprising the project development team are the best practitioners in their respective fields: Arch. Albert Yu of ASYA Design Partners, the project of Whiteport (DDT Konstrakt, Inc.), serving as general contractor, R.B. Sanchez, consulting engineers; and Jo Salvacion of Design Coordinates, Inc., acting as project managers.
